Shipping & Delivery Policy

Slacia Private Limited primarily provides digital services and software products. This policy outlines how our deliverables, digital products, and services are delivered to clients.

1. Digital Services Delivery

As a digital marketing, content agency, SaaS, and CRM development company, our deliverables are provided electronically. There is no physical shipping involved for our core services.

• Digital Marketing Reports: Delivered via email and client dashboard on agreed schedules (weekly/monthly).
• Content Deliverables: Shared via cloud storage, project management tools, or direct upload to client platforms.
• Design Assets: Delivered in agreed formats (PSD, AI, PNG, SVG, etc.) via secure download links.

2. SaaS Platform Access

• Platform access is provisioned within 24 hours of successful payment and account verification.
• Login credentials are sent to the registered email address.
• Onboarding documentation and tutorials are available in the platform knowledge base.
• Enterprise deployments may require 3–10 business days for custom setup.

3. CRM & Custom Software

• Development milestones are delivered according to the project timeline in your statement of work.
• Staging environments are provided for review before production deployment.
• Final deployment includes documentation, training sessions, and a 30-day post-launch support period.

4. Physical Materials (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical marketing materials (print collateral, merchandise) are part of a project:

• Production timeline: 7–21 business days after design approval.
• Shipping within India: 3–7 business days via registered courier.
• International shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping costs are quoted separately and borne by the client.

5. Delivery Timelines

Specific delivery timelines are outlined in individual project proposals and service agreements. Standard timelines:

• Strategy documents: 5–10 business days
• Content pieces: 3–7 business days per piece
• Website projects: 2–8 weeks depending on scope
• SaaS setup: 24 hours (standard) to 10 business days (enterprise)

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side factors including late feedback, incomplete briefs, or third-party platform issues. We will communicate proactively about any delays on our end.
