These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website slacia.com and services provided by Slacia Private Limited ("Slacia," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- "Services" refers to all digital marketing, content creation, SaaS platform, CRM development, and related services offered by Slacia.
- "Client" refers to any individual or entity that engages our services.
- "Platform" refers to our website, software products, and digital tools.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Services Description
Slacia provides digital marketing, content marketing, content agency services, SaaS platform development, CRM system development, and related consulting services to businesses globally. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
4. Account Registration
Certain services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are governed by our Payment Terms page. All fees are quoted in the currency specified in your service agreement. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, Cashfree, and international processors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of Slacia Private Limited. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in their service agreement. Pre-existing IP and proprietary tools remain our property.
7. Client Obligations

- Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slacia Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as per the terms specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for violation of these Terms. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city of our registered office.
